1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after working hours or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the location.

  • International Shipping (if applicable): Delivery may take 10–20 business days based on customs clearance and courier partner timelines.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather, strikes, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be mentioned on our website.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or app until it is delivered.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.

  • If the customer is unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you for rescheduling.

  • Beauty Baazar will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Customer unavailability

    • Refusal to accept delivery


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video.

  • In rare cases of lost or delayed shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

  • Beauty Baazar is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance (for international orders).
