Refund and Returns Policy
At Beauty Baazar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in ensuring the quality and safe delivery of every product. However, due to the nature of our products, our Return & Refund Policy is limited and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product is physically defective or was damaged/mishandled during transit.
An unboxing video (recorded in one take, without cuts or edits) is submitted as proof.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Issues related to size/fit.
Color variations caused by lighting, photography, or monitor/screen settings.
2. Return Process
All return claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
To raise a claim, email us at beautybaazar.bb@gmail.com with the following details:
Your Order Number
The Unboxing Video
Clear Photos of the Defect
Once your claim is verified and approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by our team.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If your return claim is accepted, you are eligible for:
A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
A store credit/refund (if replacement is unavailable).
Please note: No refund or replacement will be issued without proper evidence.
4. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
In special cases, cancellation may be approved at the discretion of our team.
